Owner & Director

Originally from NY, Arielle spent summers in high school and college working with preschoolers which sparked her passion for working with young children. After moving to NOLA and graduating from Tulane University, she started her work at a childcare center in New Orleans. Mrs. Arielle joined the Carousel family working in management in 2014 and took over ownership in 2018. Arielle has a BSM, MBA and a CDA in Infant & Toddler. She is also a certified CLASS Observer in Infant, Toddler and Pre-K and is a Louisiana Pathways approved Level III Trainer. Mrs. Arielle has conducted CLASS Observations and trainings for the New Orleans area. Mrs. Arielle is a graduate of the Louisiana Early Leaders Academy and worked as a Leadership Coach of Childcare Directors for LELA Cohort 2 and Cohort 3. She is dedicated to ensuring Carousel is a compassionate and loving place for students, teachers and families.
